Dr. Mitchell Foord
Chiropractor
Mitchell is passionate about helping people improve movement, manage pain and stay active in their everyday lives.
After completing his chiropractic degree, Masters degree and International federation of sports chiropractic (FICS). Mitch has global recognition to work with all athletes up to and including Olympic level competition. Mitch. a strong interest in working with acute and chronic pain, sports and activity-related injuries, and postural or work-related discomfort. He takes a thorough and individualised approach, aiming to understand each patient’s presentation rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution.
Mitchell’s care combines manual therapy, movement-based strategies and education, supporting patients to better understand their body and take an active role in their care. He values clear communication and ensures patients feel informed about their options and what to expect throughout their care.
Outside of the clinic, Mitchell enjoys staying active working with local sporting clubs and alongside his family play’s an active role in surf life saving.
Mitchell is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure his care aligns with current best practice.

Dr. Rhea Cambourn
Chiropracter
Rhea has always had an interest in health, working in pharmacies from a young age. Seeing the huge reliance on pain medication, Rhea was keen to find a natural alternative that would get to the root cause of musculoskeletal issues.
Since graduating from Macquarie University with a Master of Chiropractic, Rhea has gone on to specialise in Advanced Bio-Structural Correction™ (ABC™), a technique that addresses structural imbalances within the body and helps to fix poor posture.
After working in North Sydney for 4 years Rhea moved up to the beautiful Lake Macquarie with her now husband. She worked in Belmont for 3 years before having some time off with her beautiful baby boy. Rhea has a passion for helping people of all ages to be pain free, healthy and happy and believes chiropractic treatments play a key role in achieving this.
Rhea has a special interest in woman’s health, pregnancy and postpartum care, which has further developed since becoming a mum. Growing up in Eastwood, Rhea enjoyed playing sports such as netball, baseball and touch football, she was also a dancer for 15 years. She enjoys the beach, coastal walks, skiing and weight training.
Rhea is thrilled to be part of the team at Pacific Sport and Spine and looks forward to helping you and your family, reach optimal health and wellbeing. -
Dr. Andrew Lim
Chiropractor
Andrew has a Masters in Chiropractic and his interest in Sports Chiropractic has led him to treat many athletes from junior to elite levels in many sports including tennis, golf, athletics, cycling, pole dancing, Crossfit, body building, power lifting, Brazilian Juijitsu and MMA.
He provides corrective exercise rehabilitation as well as injury management and biomechanical correction as part of the performance-based chiropractic care. Andrew has undergone training in optimising human movement and function with techniques such as video analysis, muscle dynometer and force plates, with the specific aim at reducing and preventing injuries. Andrew has completed his certification from theInternational Tennis Performance Association as a Certified Tennis PerformanceSpecialist (CTPS). This certification allows him to work closely with competitive tennis players and their coaches from recreational to professional touring players with the confidence that they are in good hands. Andrew has lectured and tutored Human Anatomy at Macquarie University. Part of his role at the university involved dissecting and preparing specimens for study. The specialisation in this area allows a greater understanding of the human body and so leads to a better understanding of his patient’s problem and how to manage them.
Previously, Andrew has been a Clinic Supervisor at Macquarie University Student Clinic where he was involved in the training of future Chiropractors. In his spare time, Andrew loves to watch all sports particularly tennis, soccer and rugby league. Andrew is a competitive tennis player who still loves to get out on the court for a regular bash. -
Samantha Melling
Massage Therapist
Established in 2007, Samantha Melling Massage Therapies is built on the belief that knowledge is powerful and prevention is the key to a healthier you. Sammy is a registered remedial massage therapist with a deep passion for holistic health and well-being.
She has completed extensive training in a wide range of techniques, including Energy Work, Hot Stone Therapy, Dry Needling, Traditional & Modern Cupping, Gua Sha, Pregnancy Massage, and more. Committed to continuous learning, she constantly expands her skill set to provide the highest level of care for her clients.
Beyond massage, Sammy embraces a mind-body connection, integrating Qigong, Meditation, and bushwalking into her daily life. These practices help her stay grounded and balanced—values she brings into every treatment session.

Tia Van Onselen
Patient Manager
Tia joined our team as Medical Receptionist in May 2021 and is a vital
part of the Pacific Sport + Spine team. She is the friendly face that greets you at the front door.
She has over 25 years' of in office administration, and manages all the patient and clinic requirements, ensuring the clinic’s smooth running.
Experienced in working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service. She is looking to use her skills to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
She is passionate about caring for and helping others. Her kind and compassionate nature comes into play when managing and assisting patients in the clinic. When not at work, she loves the outdoors and enjoys going for walks. She has a creative side to her which she finds to be very therapeutic. -
Dr. Vanessa Rendall
Chiropractor
Vanessa is a Holistic Chiropractor with a special interest in women’s health and myofunctional care. She listens to the body and works with reflexes to uncover the root causes of health concerns.
After graduating from Macquarie University with a Master of Chiropractic, Dr. Rendall furthered her studies to include both traditional and low-force chiropractic methods, as well as Applied Kinesiology, Neuroemotional Technique (NET), practitioner-grade supplementation, and functional lab testing when required. Her goal is always to understand the full health story and provide ongoing, compassionate support. Having overcome her own health challenges in her early twenties, she is deeply passionate about helping women reach their potential. Outside of practice, she can often be found in nature—whether by the ocean, on a bush walk, or spending time with her husband and their beloved dog, Onyx.
Dr. Rendall cares for individuals from all walks of life, from athletes to babies, but her special focus is on women’s health. She commonly supports women with symptoms related to hormonal changes, back pain, headaches, and the emotional toll of putting themselves last. She also has extensive training in pregnancy care and loves supporting mothers throughout their journey. With ten years of dental experience, she brings additional expertise in jaw dysfunction and myofunctional disorders such as tongue ties.
Passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves, Dr. Rendall uses Applied Kinesiology to uncover biochemical and emotional influences. By peeling back layers of stress, she helps restore balance and guides individuals back to a healthier, more authentic version of themselves.
